Living Room: Settle in with a 54” Smart TV and streaming, board games, and a piano. It’s perfect for morning coffee, movie nights, or unwinding after a day out. Dining Area: Gather around the table for meals, games, and conversation, or spread out a laptop when you need a workspace. Kitchen: Fully stocked with everyday essentials and thoughtful extras for everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners. Bedrooms: Two queen bedrooms are on the main level, with a king bedroom upstairs. Quality linens and cozy beds make it easy to recharge at the end of the day. Kids’ Space: Younger guests have their own play area with toys, bean bags, and a play kitchen. A Pack ’n Play and toddler mattress are also available to make traveling with little ones simpler. Check-In & Check-Out Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available with advance approval. A Clean & Comfortable Home The home is professionally cleaned between every stay. Each bedroom has an air purifier, and the home features high-filtration air and a whole-home water softener. No Parties or Events Parties, events, and gatherings are not permitted. This includes birthday parties, bachelor or bachelorette gatherings, receptions, and post-event celebrations. Registered Guests Only Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Please contact me in advance if you’d like to have a visitor during your stay. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep music, conversations, and other noise at a respectful level, particularly during these hours. No Smoking or Vaping Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property, including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, marijuana, or similar products. Care of the Home Please treat The Gilded Cottage as you would your own home. Guests are responsible for damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning beyond a standard turnover.
